2. Personal Data We Collect
When you apply to participate in the All-G StockMate Early Access programme, we may collect:
- your full name,
- your email address,
- your country or region,
- information about your professional role and type of business,
- information about how you currently manage inventory,
- the approximate number of products or SKUs you manage,
- your Windows version,
- information about your availability and ability to participate in testing,
- your answers regarding your testing experience and expectations,
- feedback, screenshots and technical information submitted during testing.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data in order to:
- review and assess your Early Access application,
- select and contact potential testers,
- organise and manage the testing process,
- provide testing instructions and programme updates,
- receive and analyse feedback and technical reports,
- investigate reported errors and improve the security, usability and reliability of All-G StockMate.
4. Legal Basis
We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our legitimate interests include recruiting and managing a controlled group of Early Access testers and using their feedback to develop, secure and improve All-G StockMate.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.
5. Providing Your Data
Providing your personal data is voluntary.
However, if you do not provide the information marked as required in the application form, we may be unable to assess your application or contact you regarding participation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Early Access programme.
6. Recipients and Service Providers
Your personal data may be accessed by:
- authorised persons working on behalf of All-G Solutions,
- Microsoft, which provides Microsoft 365, Microsoft Forms, email and related hosting services,
- other technical service providers where necessary to operate the recruitment and testing process,
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International Data Transfers
Microsoft services may involve the processing of data in different locations.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used where required, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data Retention
If you are not selected for testing, we will retain your application data for up to 6 months from the date of submission.
If you are selected as a tester, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your participation and for up to 12 months following your last testing activity.
Technical reports and product feedback may be retained for a longer period after information identifying the tester has been removed or anonymised.
We may retain certain information for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with legal obligations.
9. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions set out in data protection law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

10. Automated Decision-Making
Applications are not accepted or rejected solely by automated decision-making.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice if the Early Access recruitment or testing process changes.
